  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • Consumption of outside Food and Beverages is not permitted.
  • Please do not litter. Dustbins are available always in your vicinity for the same.
  • It is mandatory for each participant to sign Registration cum Indemnity Form.
  • Kindly confirm permissible Age, Attire and nature of activity (ies) at the
  • Information Counter before booking any activity.
  • Please understand the nature of activity (ies) that you are signing up for.
  • Proper outdoor attire is mandatory. For participation in ATV’s, Rock Climbing,
  • Rappelling and Rope Course, Swing, Para-jump, Slithering and Zip-line,
  • Shoes are mandatory.
  • Participation under the influence of Alcohol/ drugs is not permitted.
  • Front Office Executives might make you go through Breadth Analyzer Test.
  • Please insist on the ticket.
  • Ticket once purchased is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • No refunds for early returns or if it starts to rain.
  • Only Guests with valid activity ticket will be allowed in the activity zone.
  • Smoking and Photography is strictly prohibited in the activity zone.
  • Any damage to the equipment or premises arriving out of your negligence will
  • have to be made good by you.
  • Activity coordinator reserves the right to disembark you from the activity
  • without any refund if safety guidelines are not followed.
  • Any loss/ theft/ damage of personal belongings or vehicles will be guest’s
  • own responsibility.
  • Carrying of any kind of weapons/ arms is strictly not permitted.
  • Any guest engaging in any misbehavior/ misconduct will be asked to leave site,
  • without entertaining any refund or assigning any reason.
  • All activities to be done on first cum first served basis.
  • Tickets are only available at the main ticket center. Request you not to
  • ask activity in-charge instructors to buy any add on tickets for you.
